First off, I did a little research on our misinformed young vblogger...Not an American.

Secondly, but most importantly. Unconstitutional how?? The provisions of the United States Constitution (and inherently it's amendments) apply only to United States Citizens. One can hardly be a citizen if they are here as an illegal alien now could they? Don't think so!, so that alone wipes out the argument of constitutionality.

He goes on to argue that the Arizona Law violates the 4th amendment to the US Constitution. Allow me to present said amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The 4th and 5th words of the Amendment specify who is protected. "The People" (aka the CITIZENS) of the United States of America. Again, the Arizona law does not violate the constitution. Further proof to back that assertion up is found in the preamble of the same Constitution which reads:

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

The Constitution does not, and can not provide such protections to non-citizens.

Let's be frank here. The only people making a big stink over this in the United States is the Leftists in government wanting the illegal votes from illegal aliens and the Illegals themselves. Want proof? Look at the gobernatoral elections in Washington State in 2004. Where did those mysterious votes for leftist Christine Gregoire come from? You got it....Illegal votes. (Prison inmates, the deceased, etc. etc.)
